Later this July, TaskForce will enter a very exciting phase with the opening of two new TaskForce sites in Frankston & Cranbourne. An incredible opportunity for TaskForce to embed ourselves further into the community and provide additional supports to people in the South East corridor of Melbourne. There has been a considerable amount of effort put into these new sites to ensure they are welcoming for clients, staff and inclusive for the community.
The new Frankston site will start operating on July 19th and will be located at 31 Playne Street, just a few minutes away from the previous building. Conveniently accessible by public transport, it will feature modern, spacious and more comfortable amenities, with two large training rooms, six counselling/interview rooms and a capacity to host up to 33 staff. This new site will provide services such as the Living Free Project, wraparound AOD support, BCP, training and employment services and more.
Our new Cranbourne site will be located at 2/7-9 Bakewell Street, with a planned moving date of July 26th. This site will host up to 20 staff members and feature two large training rooms and three counselling/interview rooms. Programs such as ResetLife for adults, JVES, Navigator and BCP along with pre-accredited training courses and professional development training will be offered at the new Cranbourne site.
The new Frankston and Cranbourne sites demonstrate our high commitment to the people in need within these communities.
