MyWay

Are you looking for work, but have been out of a job for 6 months or more? MyWay offers tailored support to help you find and keep the job you want. We’ll help you overcome any barriers and link you in to any services you might require, work with you to build your skills and qualifications to get you job-ready, then connect you directly with employers. Once you’re placed, we’ll support you to keep that job you’ve always been looking for.

MyWay is delivered in partnership with IMVC, across the cities of Melbourne, Yarra, Port Phillip, Kingston, Frankston, Mornington Peninsula, Greater Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia.

    AfriCareers

    AfriCareers delivers specially tailored and targeted employment support to Victoria’s African Communities.

    If you’re looking for work but have been out of a job for six months or more, AfriCareers will help you find and keep the job you want. We’ll help you overcome any barriers and link you in to any services you might require, work with you to build your skills and qualifications to get you job-ready, then connect you directly with employers. Once you’re placed, we’ll support you to keep that job you’ve always been looking for.

    AfriCareers is delivered in partnership with Afri-Aus Care and Centre for Multicultural Youth, across the cities Greater Dandenong, Casey, Cardinia, Kingston, Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula.

      Youth Start

      Intensive support to help people aged 15-24 to find employment. You’ll have one-on-one sessions to work out your skills and interests, you’ll complete work readiness training to help you put together resumes and ace job interviews, and you’ll be directly connected with employers. Youth Start is open to people who haven’t completed Year 12 or don’t have a Certificate III qualification, and who aren’t currently on Youth Allowance. All young Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are eligible, whether or not you have completed Year 12 or have a Certificate III qualification. The program can work with you for 18 months, as well as up to six months post-placement support.
