Ready to learn Standard Mental Health First Aid?
Learn how to assist adults who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received, or the crisis resolves.

After you finish the 2-day training sessions, you can demonstrate your mental health first aid skills by completing an online assessment. If you pass, you will become an Accredited Mental Health First Aider!
