The 4-hour Mental Health First Aid Conversations about Non-Suicidal Self-Injury course is for any interested adult. You will learn the skills and knowledge required to assist a person who is engaging in self-injury.
This course is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.
